Warisan Adil came into being from a recognition that inheritance and estate matters are rarely straightforward — not because the law is needlessly complicated, but because they arise at moments when families are already carrying much. A bereavement, a period of uncertainty, a wish to provide for those who come after: these are the moments we step into.
Founded in Kuala Lumpur with a small, considered team of Malaysian legal practitioners, we set out to build a practice where the pace of the work is guided by the client, not by administrative convenience. The name Warisan Adil — meaning fair legacy — reflects what we believe every family deserves: a process that is orderly, transparent, and conducted with genuine care.
Our office on Jalan Bukit Bintang has welcomed families from across the Klang Valley and beyond. Many come to us uncertain of where to begin; they leave with a clearer picture and, we hope, a little more ease.
